So I am off Crutches. I mean I’m not running or anything. It hurts pretty badly when I am on my feet all day but at least I’m off those things. I need to watch what Im doing and take a break if Im up too long. It is so fun but still frustrating at times. I get so excited and then I try to do something, like go on a walk and I walk to far and feel like Im not going to make it home. That is hard, baby steps. I am so used to being able to run at full speed. I know it will get better every day but man i just want to go surfing, ride my mountain bike, ride my dirt bike, go hike, go play and get into things. I know it will come. Patience. I have been doing a lot of reading. Lots of Buddha books and trying to have one focus a day and its really nice to think positively. I feel like this injury is much more in my head then before, Its a lot more depressing and harder to over come mentally but I know I can and I have always liked a challenge.
I am so excited to be in the sun again. It really feels good the energy the sun and sand and ocean can give you. Home is so nice but a bit to cold for me now. I am getting excited for some jackson summer though. I can’t wait to paddle the snake and go on a back packing trip! For now Im going to keep healing and writing and reading and traveling. Im headed off on an adventure and will try and collect some good stuff for you all! Enjoy yourselves and get some sun, even if its just on the face. It will put a smile back into your heart!
so glad to hear, you are all positive, that’s awesome and it helps for a quicker healing!!!
and Summer is around the corner, so be ready to have fun and do crazy stuffs!!!
Let shine your heart, and you will get happiness

Best picture of you I have seen in a while.
glad to see the sticks get thrown away. maybe the tsunami currents will carry them out to sea for good.

Why don’t you tell us some stories about how much you give back to the world. I am sure that someone such as yourself who has received so much from this world, and has so much time on their hands is surely being generous and putting back in.
Richig ja?
